Trying to figure out if it is even worth it!!

I feel with the amount of reject that you get they have limited options as it is either you be an e-driver or nothing.... not against that at all but I had recently been to the doctor and they mentioned I need to chill on the bicycle rides whether electric or not. I call to inform them and to ask if there are any options aside from being an e-driver and if there are the ones who do the selection of the jobs and if it is possible they can enable me to choose a job that is less strenuous.. the lady on the phone is like you are using an electric bike without even having a knowledge of what condition I am talking about (not that I owe her that, but to come to a middle ground there has to be at least communication and understanding on both sides to come to a solution), she is just assuming stuff and coming up with her own conclusions!!
