Trying to figure out if it is even worth it!!
Review over YoungCapitalI feel with the amount of reject that you get they have limited options as it is either you be an e-driver or nothing.... not against that at all but I had recently been to the doctor and they mentioned I need to chill on the bicycle rides whether electric or not. I call to inform them and to ask if there are any options aside from being an e-driver and if there are the ones who do the selection of the jobs and if it is possible they can enable me to choose a job that is less strenuous.. the lady on the phone is like you are using an electric bike without even having a knowledge of what condition I am talking about (not that I owe her that, but to come to a middle ground there has to be at least communication and understanding on both sides to come to a solution), she is just assuming stuff and coming up with her own conclusions!!
